Shipping and Delivery
Orders ship via the method selected at checkout. Timelines vary by carrier/destination. We aren’t responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or other external issues. Purchases via Amazon or other third parties follow their respective shipping terms.
Returns and Refunds
If your product arrives defective or damaged, email info@spaircup.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll review and provide next steps if eligible. Items purchased via third parties (e.g., Amazon) must follow their return policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Spair Cups, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of this site or our products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.
